Get ready for Thrive Ride—a high-energy, rhythm-based cycling experience that’s driven by the beat from start to finish. Expect a ride that’s mostly choreography, with a few hills, sprints, and upper-body moments mixed in to keep it exciting. There are no screens, so you’ll be fully guided by the music and your instructor the entire time.
Please bring plenty of water and a towel, and feel free to bring cycle shoes if you have them. If you don’t, no worries—we’ll provide cycle shoes for you.
